I did my picture of a canyon that was by David Byrne. This shows good landscape because it grabs you attention. It is also nice that he is down in the canyon and he took the picture from down in the canyon. It takes your eyes upward . Another good thing is that the texture is very clear on the rock and stuff. The blue sky in the background helps too because it is boring to look at and causes you to look at the canyon/rocks. I will use landscape/background in my pictures to help the subject I am taking a picture of and for it to look good with what I am focusing on.

I did my picture on a tucan taken by kazan. This picture shows great color from many colors. The yellow grabs your attention because it is very bright. Also the shape of the object is really cool. The really dark blue eye of the tucan also grabs your attention. The picture of the tucan is also in good focus and is not blurry. The picture also looks good with all the colors it has it in. If it only had one color the picture would be blank and not look as good.
